Job summary

SERVICENOW PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-impact field sales professional to generate net new business across non-named accounts in Philippines and Indonesia.

You will lead a virtual team with Partner Managers, Partner Marketing, and pre-sales to execute a disciplined territory plan and drive pipeline from first engagement to close. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of quota-carrying B2B technology sales experience.
• Channel sales experience with partners, co-selling, and joint pipeline creation.
• Industry knowledge across Philippines/Indonesia sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, public sector, retail, telecom, or technology.
• Experience managing large account portfolios and disciplined territory planning.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP) at business/IT levels.
• Ability to influence VP/C-level buyers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Tagalog and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel extensively to Philippines and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Territory planning and execution with structured territory plans and pipeline targets.
• Partner-led sales, selecting partners by country, industry, and solution capability.
• Demand generation with partners through campaigns and events.
• Lead opportunity qualification and customer engagement to close deals.
• Partner capability development to onboard or enable new partners.
• Maintain CRM records, provide pipeline forecasts, and participate in reviews.
• Position ServiceNow value to buyers across targeted verticals.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and forecasting.
