ServiceNow is seeking a senior sales leader to build and run a high-performing team of Partner Sales Managers across Asia in non-named accounts. You will own the partner-led new business strategy, design territory coverage, and coach your team to execute a disciplined partner sales motion across key accounts.

Formación

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Sales leadership track record in B2B technology sales with quota ownership.
• Deep experience building and executing partner-led sales motions.
• Strong understanding of Asia's enterprise technology landscape and buyers.
• Ability to coach PSMs on vertical positioning and engage senior buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Partner Sales Managers across Asia.
• Define the partner-led go-to-market strategy for Asia's non-named accounts.
• Own and deliver the team's new business quota for Asia with pipeline visibility.
• Shape the partner mix for Asia by industry vertical and geography in India.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to build joint demand generation programs.
• Engage with C-suite and senior buyers to advance strategic opportunities.
• Demonstrate Asia market and industry expertise to guide the team and partners.
• Establish weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
