Job summary

Audemars Piguet in Singapore seeks a Spare Parts Controller on a fixed-term, part-time basis to ensure efficient spare parts handling and logistics support for workshop activities. You will monitor stock accuracy, coordinate parts flows, prepare picking lists, support order management, and assist with forecasting and continuous improvement while collaborating with Customer Service.

Fluency in English and experience in luxury, manufacturing or service environments are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with spare parts, inventory control or distribution processes would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, verification and storage of spare parts and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock record accuracy through regular controls and cycle counts.
• Prepare picking lists and coordinate timely distribution of spare parts to support workshop repairs.
