Job summary

EUROKARS EV PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Parts Operations Leader to oversee daily parts operations, set KPIs, and train staff to meet targets.

You will assist budgeting, pricing, tenders, and campaigns while ensuring high service rates and inventory turns, and collaborate with Sales, Service, and IT.

This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-moving EV workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales or operations.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of pricing structures and inventory control.
• Familiarity with EV parts regulations.
• Experience with tender support and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set KPIs for parts staff and train them to meet targets.
• Assist annual department budgets.
• Assist pricing structures for customer categories.
• Support sales tenders for parts requirements.
• Achieve service-rate >90% while minimizing obsolescence.
• Achieve 5–6 inventory turns per year.
• Manage day-to-day parts operations.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate stock orders with supplier/Principal.
• Support sales and service with campaigns and add-ons.
• Coordinate with IT on digitalization journey.
• Analyze parts sales, expenses, overheads.
• Work with Service Dept and Body Shop on parts availability.
• Handle customer complaints about parts.
• Keep abreast of EV parts regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
