Job summary

Oxford Instruments is seeking a Temp Part-Time Customer Support Administrator to assist with SEA customer service activities. The role covers shipment logistics, RMA coordination, and SAP FSM-related tasks across Southeast Asia.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable in a bilingual environment, and possess at least 5 years of customer service experience within the instrument industry. This temporary position is based in Singapore and runs 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in customer service.
• Relevant working experience in the instrument industry.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Experience working in a bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports SEA Customer Support Administration activities across all Business Units.
• Manage RMA, loan detector shipments, and temporary export/import permits.
• Coordinate RMA and loaner shipments, and provide shipping documents for FCA terms.
• Track RMAs from export to repair and return to consignee.
• Create and maintain SAP opportunities; monitor quotes and orders; follow up on service tickets.
• Maintain Engineers timesheet and coordinate with suppliers & customers as needed.
