Job summary

Oxford Instruments GmbH in Singapore is seeking a Temp Part-Time Customer Support Administrator working three days per week (Tue, Thu, Fri) to support SEA operations.

You will handle shipment logistics, RMA processing, and export/import permits, and manage SAP opportunities and FSM scheduling. The role requires at least 5 years in customer service and experience in the instrument industry, with strong communication and bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in customer service.
• Relevant working experience in the instrument industry.

Responsibilities

• Supports SEA Customer Support Administration activities across all Business Units.
• Coordinate and arrange RMA, loaner export/import shipments, including the application for temporary export/import permits
• Coordinate customer import shipments (upgrades, spares etc.) by providing shipping invoices and packing slips for customer confirmation
• RMA tracking (on status from exporting till repair completion and importing to consignee)
• SAP service tickets creation, FSM scheduling.
• Maintaining Engineers Timesheet.
