Tailored Jewel in Singapore is seeking a friendly, part-time Sales & Customer Experience Associate to welcome clients and guide couples through wedding rings in a private appointment setting at One Raffles Place. No jewellery experience is required; full training will be provided.

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, manage orders and collections, and support daily operations. Work 3 days a week including Saturdays, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with two weekdays scheduled in advance.

Part-Time Sales & Customer Experience Associate

Join Tailored Jewel, anaward-winning online jeweller specialising in made-to-order engagement rings,wedding bands and fine jewellery.

We're looking for a friendly,responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our small team at OneRaffles Place.

Unlike a typical retail jewellerystore, we operate from a private, appointment-based sales suite. You'll spendmost of your time helping couples find their dream wedding rings or guidingsomeone choosing the perfect engagement ring.

No aggressive selling, no busyshop floor. We believe in creating a relaxed, personal experience wherecustomers feel comfortable, informed and cared for.

Best of all, no jewelleryexperience is required. Full training will be provided!

Working Hours & Salary

• Pay: SGD 15/hour (approximately SGD 1,300-1,500/month based on 21 paid hours per week)
• Working Days: 3 days per week (Saturday: Compulsory working day)
• Weekdays: Choose 2 days between Tuesday and Friday, subject to an agreed monthly roster
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Scheduling: Work roster is planned and confirmed one month in advance
• Location: One Raffles Place, Singapore
• Employment: Part-Time Contract
• Start Date: November 2026

This role is ideal for individualsseeking a part-time position with predictable hours and some flexibility intheir weekday schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Help Customers Find TheirPerfect Ring

• Welcome customers attending their scheduled jewellery consultations.
• Guide couples exploring wedding bands and individuals shopping for engagement rings.
• Help customers understand different designs, materials and customisation options.
• Create a warm, comfortable and memorable experience.

2. Customer Service & Follow-Ups

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp.
• Follow up with customers after consultations and purchases.
• Assist returning customers with collections, resizing requests and other after-sales services.
• Ensure every customer feels well taken care of, even after their purchase.

3. Orders, Packing & Collections

• Prepare and pack jewellery orders neatly and carefully.
• Arrange customer collection appointments and prepare their orders for pickup.
• Organise deliveries and drop off parcels at the nearby post office when required.
• Conduct basic order checks before handing items to customers.

4. Simple Administrative & Team Support

• Use our online system to create sales orders and service requests.
• Update customer information and appointment schedules.
• Keep customer enquiries and orders organised.
• Work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Don't worry if you're new tojewellery! We'll teach you everything you need to know, from basic diamondand ring knowledge to customer consultations and our order management system.
