Carat 55 PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Advisor to create memorable luxury jewellery experiences at our boutique inside the iconic Raffles Hotel Arcade.

You will engage with clients from their first visit through post-purchase care, guiding them with warmth and storytelling to reflect the Carat 55 experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and retail targets.
• Professional, polished, and confident engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Available to work retail hours.
• Warm, personable and composed in fast-paced environments.

Your Mission

Based at our boutique in the iconic Raffles Hotel Arcade, you'll create memorable experiences and build genuine connections with clients throughout their journey, from their first visit to post-purchase care. You'll work alongside a passionate team to achieve individual and boutique goals while helping maintain a beautiful, welcoming space that reflects the Carat 55 experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and retail targets.
• Professional, polished, and confident in engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Available to work retail hours.
• Naturally warm, personable, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about people, storytelling, and creating meaningful connections.
• Strong command of English; additional languages will be highly valued.

Basic Salary + Commission
