You’ll be welcoming booked clients and occasional walk-ins, guiding simple design choices, and handling order entry, QC, packaging, and courier arrangements.

Qualifications

• Education: GCE O-Level / Nitec / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• Students welcome (can commit Tue/Thu/Fri).
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills (email, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp).

Responsibilities

• Welcome booked clients and occasional walk-ins; guide simple design choices; answer basic questions.
• Enter orders and perform simple quality checks; pack and prepare for collection; arrange courier pickups when needed.
• Run the weekly appointment calendar; send confirmations and reminders so days run smoothly.
• Manage WhatsApp customer chats during working hours; keep chats tidy; follow up with earlier enquiries.
• Book collection slots; check items; coordinate simple after-sales (e.g., sizing).
• Assist with events (volunteer-first); light set-up/tear-down; greet guests; capture leads.
