Apart.sg and Together Diamonds in Singapore seek a Jewellery Artisan & Customer Experience Executive. You will handcraft personalised keepsake jewellery, manage workshop operations, support product development, and assist with showroom consultations.

No prior jewellery-making experience required; full hands-on training provided. You will work in a small team, handle sentimental materials, maintain quality and order timelines, and contribute to both craft and customer journey.

Responsabilidades

• Handcraft personalised keepsake jewellery using resin, precious metals and other specialised materials.
• Carefully handle customers' sentimental materials, including ashes, hair, fur and breast milk.
• Follow established production SOPs, quality-control procedures and order timelines.
• Maintain high standards of precision, cleanliness and workmanship.
• Prepare, pack and fulfil customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workshop.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage production materials, tools, equipment and packaging supplies.
• Assist with showroom consultations and walk-in customers.
• Explain products, materials, processes and customisation options confidently.

About the role

This is a Jewellery Artisan & Customer Experience Executive role at Apart.sg and Together Diamonds, Singapore-based jewellery brands specialising in meaningful, personalised keepsakes. You will handcraft personalised keepsake jewellery, manage workshop operations, contribute to research and development, support customer experience, and assist with general team operations. No prior jewellery-making or crafting experience is required - full hands-on training will be provided.

• Carefully handle customers' sentimental materials, including ashes, hair, fur and breast milk.
• Follow established production SOPs, quality-control procedures and order timelines.

• Experience in jewellery making, resin crafting, handicrafts, design or other hands-on creative work is advantageous, but not essential.
