Apart.sg and Together Diamonds in Singapore seek a multi-disciplinary role spanning social media marketing, content creation, customer consultations, sales and hands-on jewellery production. You will be part of a small team, wearing multiple hats to grow the brands and celebrate milestones with handcrafted keepsake pieces.

You’ll plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, shoot and edit short-form videos, conduct showroom consultations, guide customers through purchases, and

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated skills in social media content creation, photography or video editing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organised and self-motivated.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and conducting sales consultations.
• Willing to learn hands-on jewellery-making techniques.
• Comfortable respectfully handling sensitive sentimental materials, including cremation ashes.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and AI productivity tools is advantageous.
• Previous jewellery-making experience is not required; training will be provided.

• Respond to customer enquiries and guide customers through their purchases.
• Build genuine relationships with customers through empathetic communication.
• Assist in creating handcrafted keepsake jewellery and handle sentimental materials respectfully.
• Follow strict procedures for material identification, cleanliness and quality control.

About the role

This is a multi-faceted role combining social media marketing, content creation, customer consultations, sales and hands-on jewellery production. You will be joining a small, close-knit team at Apart.sg and Together Diamonds, wearing multiple hats and contributing to different aspects of the business.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Sunday & Monday: Off
  

Key responsibilities
