Job summary

Tailored Jewel in Singapore is seeking a friendly, part-time Sales & Customer Experience Associate to welcome clients and guide couples through wedding rings in a private appointment setting at One Raffles Place. No jewellery experience is required; full training will be provided.

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, manage orders and collections, and support daily operations. Work 3 days a week including Saturdays, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with two weekdays scheduled in advance.

Qualifications

Friendly, patient, enjoys talking to people.
Good spoken and written English.
Responsible, punctual and organised.
Comfortable using computers and WhatsApp.
Willing to learn about jewellery and customer service.
Students, fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Help customers find their perfect ring and guide wedding/engagement selections.
Provide great customer service and follow-ups after consultations and purchases.
Prepare, pack and arrange jewellery orders for pickup or delivery.
Assist with simple administrative tasks and team support.
