The Company of Good Knights Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a part-time Retail Executive to welcome customers in our showroom, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. You will guide customers through the purchase journey, maintain inventory, and support promotions.

We’re looking for a part-time Retail Executive to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences in our showroom.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Executive, you will be the face of our brand in the showroom, responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the showroom is a welcoming and engaging environment for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their purchase journey, from understanding their needs to helping them select the perfect mattress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing personalized service and expert product knowledge
• Sales: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales efficiently.
• Product and Subject Knowledge: Stay updated on all product offerings, including mattress features, benefits, and promotions, to confidently answer customer questions.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Handle basic inventory management and restocking.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities and achieve showroom sales targets.
