Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Assistant (Mattress & Wellness) to join our team in Central/Orchard. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, sharing product knowledge, explaining wellness tool benefits, and supporting sales goals with a focus on customer experience.

The position offers permanent employment with shift hours and up to $2800 basic salary plus commission, performance bonuses, and 12 days annual leave. Experience is not required as training is provided.

• Working hours : Shift Hours (Up to 44 hours per week)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $2800 + Commission + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent
