Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Retail Executive (Mattress / Bedding) to join our Takashimaya, Tiong Bahru Showroom and Great World locations in Singapore. The role focuses on assessing customer needs, recommending bedding solutions and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Permanent, 5-day work week with weekend/public holiday rosters. Earn a base salary with AWS, insurance benefits and potential medical claims, plus sales incentives and quarterly bonuses

Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer service or sales experience will be advantageous.
• No prior experience in bedding products is required; product training will be provided.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays based on roster.
• Service-oriented, professional in presentation and confident in engaging walk-in customers.
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product recommendations.
• Promote mattresses, bedding and sleep-related products based on customer needs.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the retail sales process.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through active customer engagement.
• Handle product enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and follow-up matters.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product display and store cleanliness.
• Support stock checks, inventory updates and daily retail operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships through after-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on delivery arrangements and customer requests.
• Support promotional activities, store campaigns and product launches.

Working hours

5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays based on roster

Salary

Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic salary $3,000 + AWS + insurance benefits up to $1,200 + medical claims up to $300

Sales Commission

0.25% on total sales amount received in Singapore

Quarterly Group Incentive

• Up to $375 if 100% of the country quarterly target is achieved
• Up to $225 if 80% of the country quarterly target is achieved

Store Target Achievement Bonus

50% of basic salary, subject to store target achievement
