Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Retail Executive for mattresses and bedding products. The role is based in Singapore showroom locations such as Takashimaya, Tiong Bahru Showroom, and Great World with a 5-day roster that includes weekends and public holidays.

You will attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products, and deliver excellent service throughout the sales process while aiming to meet individual and store targets. Training will be provided for bedding products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Product training will be provided.
• Comfortable working hours including weekends and public holidays based on roster.
• Service-oriented and professional in presentation.
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product recommendations.
• Promote mattresses, bedding and sleep-related products based on customer needs.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the retail sales process.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through active customer engagement.
• Handle product enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and follow-up matters.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product display and store cleanliness.
• Support stock checks, inventory updates and daily retail operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships through after-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on delivery arrangements and customer requests.
• Support promotional activities, store campaigns and product launches.
