Part-Time Restaurant Service Specialist (30–35 hrs)

Job summary

MCI Career Services Singapore is seeking a friendly restaurant service crew to support daily operations in a busy dining venue. You will help customers with the ordering system, serve food promptly and courteously, and ensure accurate table settings and cleanliness.

You will also assist kitchen staff when needed, check fridge temperatures, and welcome guests with a warm farewell. Working hours range from 30 to 35 hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work of Hall opening and closing operation hours
• Help customers to settle down and advise on ordering system
• Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner
• Answering customer’s queries regarding services, menus, offers or any other product related enquiries
• Clean tables after customers have left and clearing empty/unwanted dishes
• Assist kitchen staff whenever required
• Check & record fridge temperature
• Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/ leave the restaurant
