Create Restaurants Asia Pte. Ltd. seeks a Part-Time Service or Kitchen team member in Singapore to deliver excellent customer service, support kitchen and delivery operations, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, seating guests, and assisting staff during busy periods. Flexible hours and training opportunities are offered, with hourly rates discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays with corresponding hourly rates
• Willingness to participate in training programs to develop job skills

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and seat them promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Take and accurately process customer orders and generate bills for payment
• Respond clearly to customer inquiries about services and promotions to enhance satisfaction
• Clean and prepare tables efficiently for incoming customers to maintain hygiene standards
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and support delivery staff to facilitate timely service
• Manage customer queues and reservations to optimize seating and reduce wait times
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning soft serve machines and drink dispensers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
