Job summary

A staffing solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support the preparation, deployment, and servicing of payment terminals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of driving experience and be a team player who can work independently. Interaction with Mandarin-speaking merchants is preferred. This role involves troubleshooting terminal issues and performing necessary configurations based on merchant requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Class 2B or Class 3 driving license.
• Ability to work on weekends or overtime if required.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in customer service and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and deployment of terminals.
• Troubleshoot and service terminals on-site.
• Interact with merchants regarding payment terminal functionality.
• Perform configuration based on merchant requirements.
• Handle fault call servicing and upgrading of terminals.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Class 2B License or Class 3 Driving license (Both minimum 2 years)
• Work on Weekends as per work schedule/overtime if require

• On job training will be provided.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Support the preparation and deployment of terminals
• Support the retrieval and replacement of terminals
• Support fault call servicing
• Perform the configuration and download the parameter in accordance to the merchant’s requirement
• Upgrading of company terminals on-site.
• Briefing of Merchant on usage of company terminals, and queries by the merchant on the functionalities of the payment terminals
• Troubleshoot and Service terminals on-site, including ECR connectivity issue, network related issue, and transaction error
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors requirements
• Role needs interaction with mandarin speaking merchants, proficiency in mandarin will be an advantage
