Job summary

ElektroMARINE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a reliable, organized part-time Operations & Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics activities, process orders and maintain records.

You will coordinate with suppliers and customers, track shipments, prepare documents, and assist with general administrative tasks. This temporary role requires basic Excel/Word skills and strong communication, with immediate availability preferred, and work location at Eunos Techpark, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and email skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping or operations is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to undertake the assignment in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and logistics coordination.

• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, invoices and delivery documents.

HIRING: PART-TIME OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Duration: 10 working days

Work Arrangement: Temporary / Part-time

Salary: 10 -12 SGD per hour
