Job summary

T Ship Agency (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to own daily warehouse operations, inventory control and cargo coordination for marine logistics projects.

You will manage receiving, storage, release of ship spares and project cargo, coordinate movements to vessels and terminals, and prepare documentation including invoicing and GST compliance, working with Accounts and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory control or logistics operations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory documentation.
• Experience in invoicing and billing will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST requirements, including zero-rating procedures for eligible warehouse and logistics services, will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore Customs permits, customs clearance procedures and relevant regulations.
• Experience in marine logistics, ship spares or project cargo will be an advantage.
• Forklift license will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily warehouse operations, from cargo receipt to final dispatch.
• Manage the receiving, inspection, storage and release of ship spares, marine equipment and project cargo.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
• Conduct regular stocktaking, inventory reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
• Ensure proper cargo identification, labelling, handling and storage.
• Coordinate cargo collection, transportation and deliveries to vessels, terminals and other locations.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, transport providers and the Agency Operations team.
• Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely completion of delivery arrangements.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on cargo status.
• Coordinate customs clearance arrangements and prepare relevant permit documentation where required.
• Prepare and maintain goods receipt records, delivery orders, inventory reports and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process month-end invoicing for warehouse storage, cargo handling and logistics services.
• Ensure all billable services are accurately recorded and invoiced within the required timeline.
• Administer GST zero-rating procedures for eligible warehouse and logistics services, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable IRAS requirements.
• Maintain accurate supporting records for invoicing, GST treatment and customs-related transactions.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure accurate billing and proper recordkeeping.
• Plan, organise and prioritise daily warehouse activities independently.
• Identify operational issues, take corrective action and follow through until completion.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, security and safe working practices.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cargo and equipment.
• Take responsibility for the overall accuracy, efficiency and organisation of warehouse operations.

We are seeking a responsible, hands-on and self-motivated Warehouse & Logistics Executive to join our growing team and take full ownership of our warehouse and logistics operations.

T Ship Agency provides comprehensive ship agency, marine logistics and support services for specialised maritime projects, including submarine cable operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating cargo movements, managing documentation and ensuring timely month-end invoicing.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, accountability and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage warehouse activities independently while working closely with our Agency Operations and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management & Inventory Control

• Take full ownership of daily warehouse operations, from cargo receipt to final dispatch.
