Job summary

Alpha International SG Pte ltd. in Singapore is looking for an Inventory Executive with IT knowledge to support our office operations. You will manage weekly inventory, verify stock, and coordinate pickups and deliveries in line with government protocols.

You will also source suppliers, negotiate terms, prepare client proposals, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining vendor relationships and handling daily IT tasks. A diploma or degree and 2-3 years of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weekly inventory for Alpha International SG Pte ltd.
• Workplace in office, following government protocols.
• Check inventory; be accountable; arrange pick-up, delivery, service tasks and finance-related operations.
• Register new items in/out and update status daily.
• Source suppliers/services/products per customer requirements.
• Supplier negotiations and relationship management.
• Prepare proposals using supplier quotations, workmanship cost and client requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure products/services are delivered on time and meet standards.
• Office IT related tasks; check systems and emails.
• Maintain approved vendors list for daily references.
• Develop ongoing rapport with customers.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by management.

We are a local ship repairs/services company and provide marine equipment/ accessories locally and worldwide.

We need an inventory executive whose has knowledge of IT as a permanent position for our Singapore office.

1. Responsible for weekly inventory for Alpha International SG Pte ltd.
2. Your workplace will be in office otherwise as stated in protocols bounded by government
3. Responsible for checking all inventory and be accountable for it, arranging for pick-up, delivery, service-related tasks and finance related operations where needed.
4. Register new items coming in and going out and updating the status on daily basis.
5. Sourcing suppliers/services/products in accordance with customer requirement.
6. Supplier negotiations and relationship management.
7. Prepare proposal using information from supplier quotation, workmanship cost and client requirements.
8. Coordinate and making sure products/services get delivered on time and meet the required standards.
9. Office IT related work to check on to systems and emails.
10. Prepare and maintain the approved vendors list for daily references in a timely manner.
11. Maintaining and developing on-going rapport and working relationships with Customers.
12. Perform any other task given by the management.
