Les Amis Group in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Chef de Partie in a Japanese restaurant. You will prepare ingredients, maintain hygiene, and help ensure high quality and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include ingredient prep at the designated station, washing and cutting, adhering to food safety standards, knife skills, and contributing to teamwork to deliver consistent dining experiences. Minimum 4 hours per day, 3–5 days weekly.
