Job summary

ALLINTON ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Part-Time HR Assistant to join the HR team in Singapore.

The role covers recruitment, talent sourcing, employee engagement and company events, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding and communications. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in HR, Communications or related field is preferred.
• Candidates pursuing relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is preferred.
• Experience in organising events or employee engagement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities across departments and job functions.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Proactively approach suitable candidates, including passive ones.
• Review resumes, shortlist candidates and maintain pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist onboarding and reference checks where required.
• Plan and coordinate company events and engagement activities.
• Assist with internal HR communications and content creation.
