Options Pilates is seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to join our HR team and support daily operations from Wheelock Place Studio in Singapore. The role suits someone with HR or recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

You will handle HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, contracts, and records, with part-time hours and Sundays included. On-site work with some flexibility as needed.

Formación

• Previous HR, recruitment, or HR administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
• Proactive and able to work with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist day-to-day HR administration and record keeping.
• Support recruitment: review resumes, shortlist, interview scheduling.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR forms.
• Maintain accurate HR files and employee records.
• Support leave, attendance and payroll-related tasks.
• Handle work passes and related documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Support HR across markets and countries.
