Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an proactive HR Assistant to join the growing recruitment team in Singapore. You will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination and workforce management across multiple clients and industries.

You will coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, maintain candidate records and liaise with candidates on opportunities and paperwork, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any discipline; A levels and above are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, candidate applications and onboarding arrangements.
• Liaise with candidates regarding job opportunities and deployment.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update databases.
• Assist with job advertisements, candidate sourcing and recruitment administration.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support manpower deployment and scheduling across client sites.
• Resolve operational matters promptly with employees and clients.
• Act as a point of contact for general HR and employment-related inquiries.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, candidates and deployed staff.
