Job summary

Explorer Academy is seeking a Part-time Customer Care Executive to greet visiting families, provide programme information, and manage trial bookings. You will ensure the centre runs smoothly by coordinating events, handling inquiries, and supporting transitions between classes.

The role requires 6–12 months of customer service experience, a warm English communication style, and the ability to work 4 days per week, including weekends. Prior experience in education or CRM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months customer service experience (any industry).
• Able to de-escalate an upset parent calmly and resolve.
• Naturally persuasive—explain programmes clearly to move a parent toward a decision.
• Genuine enjoyment of being around kids and families.
• Clear and warm English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in parents and students warmly and ensure the centre is clean and ready before operations.
• Drive trial bookings by discussing programmes and trial options with parents.
• Coordinate trial bookings and ensure smooth trial day experience (forms, tutor coordination).
• Ensure students are in the right class at the right time and handle onsite issues calmly.
