Job summary

Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a friendly cashier focused on delivering excellent customer service in our Singapore location. You will handle cash and credit card transactions using POS and the Baggage Storage System (BSS), and assist customers with bag wrapping and related services.

The role requires availability to work at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend, with shifts from 12:40 to 21:00 or 14:40 to 23:00 (plus a 1 hour break).

Qualifications

• Must be able to commit at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend in a week.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services
• Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or product
