Job summary

Lotte Duty Free Singapore is seeking a cashier at the Changi Airport store. You will process sales transactions, handle cash and other payments, and ensure accurate end-of-shift reconciliations, while maintaining store standards and customer service excellence.

The role requires strong English literacy, a professional appearance, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Chow-related duties include stock checks and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and other payments using POS.
• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation at end of shift.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags.
• Perform daily housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions and regulations.
• Engage with customers to encourage purchases and drive sales.
• Act as front-line ambassador to uphold branding and image.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
• Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
• Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
• Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales
• Be the company's front-line ambassador to uphold company's branding and image
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
• At least 1 year of cashiering experience
• A professional appearance
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to read, write English
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time
• The ability to work rotating shifts duties in Changi Airport environment
• Must be able to commit 5 days a week including weekend & Public Holidays
