Job summary

GREENHEALTH MEDICAL PTE. LTD. operates Greenhealth Family Clinic in Tampines and is seeking a part-time Night Clinic Assistant for evening coverage. The role focuses on patient registration, billing, dispensing, and supporting doctors.

Ideal candidates have GP clinic experience, excellent patient service and teamwork, and can commit to regular evening shifts from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience in GP clinic operations and patient flow.
• Familiar with registration, dispensing and billing processes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration, appointments and enquiries.
• Billing, CHAS, MediSave and payment collection.
• Medication dispensing.
• Assist doctors with minor procedures and clinical tasks.
• Laboratory specimen handling and coordination.
• Medication stock management and general clinic operations.
