Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore Pte. Ltd. at Changi Airport is seeking a customer-facing cashier to handle sales transactions, payments, and POS operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in cashiering, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to stand for extended periods and work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
• At least 1 year of cashiering experience.
• A professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write English
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• The ability to work rotating shifts duties in Changi Airport environment
• Must be able to commit 5 days a week including weekend & Public Holidays

Responsibilities

• Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System.
• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment.
• Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations.
• Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales.
• Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
