Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore at Changi Airport is seeking a cashier for fast-paced retail operations. You will process transactions, handle cash and various payments, maintain stock like receipt rolls, and ensure a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires a minimum of GCE N/O level, at least 1 year cashiering experience, good English, professional appearance, and willingness to work permanent midnight shifts and 5-day weeks including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work midnight shifts at Changi Airport.
• Commitment to 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System.
• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment.
• Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations.
• Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales.
• Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image.
• Perform gate deliveries (Aus & NZ Flights).
• Support I-Shop Changi procurement (pick and pack).
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
