Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a frontline sales associate to process all sales transactions using POS, handle payments accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction in a busy airport environment.

You will maintain stock levels, adhere to tobacco sale regulations, and engage customers to boost sales. The role requires availability 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, for at least 2 months; transport is provided for odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System.
• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment.
• Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations.
• Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales.
• Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
