Job summary

Duxton Reserve Singapore invites a guest-centric Bellman to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, thoughtful service.

You should have at least 1 year in hospitality, be comfortable with shift work including weekends and public holidays, and bring knowledge of Singapore's districts to tailor recommendations. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is required; experience with Opera or Delphi CRM is

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality & Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the hotel industry.
• Strong problem-solving, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge on Singapore’s cultural districts and attractions.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook; CRM knowledge a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted point of contact for guests arriving and departing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate experiences that showcase Singapore’s destination.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor and help resolve guest issues.
