Job summary

Mega Adventure is seeking part-time Operations Instructors to support our aerial adventure park. You will help manage queues, guide guests, and ensure safety and ticket validation across outdoor rides and facilities. This role requires a people-focused approach and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Candidates with customer service experience in attractions or tourism are preferred. Training provided with pay progression up to HKD? (note: adapt to local currency) and PH coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or attractions/tourism industry.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on feet for long hours.
• Able to work a shifting schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support attractions operations by regulating queue times and directing crowd flows.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle enquiries related to the attractions.
• Ensure guests have valid tickets and maintain site cleanliness.
• Perform safety checks and operate park rides as required.
• Escalate incidents and assist in emergency procedures.
