Xventure is hiring at our Singapore park to deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll warmly welcome guests at the admission counter, guide them through attractions, ensure safety compliance and keep the venue clean and inviting.

Role involves hosting parties and events, promoting memberships and merchandise, and supporting floor operations. Flexible shifts, weekend work and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with children and families while delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, customer-focused and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Able to stand and move around the park for extended periods.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public or school holidays.
• A valid First Aid certification will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or sports-related environments will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at the admission counter, ensuring smooth queue management and accurate cash and POS transactions.
• Provide a safe, welcoming experience by guiding guests on attraction use and enforcing safety rules.
• Supervise attraction areas to ensure guest safety and provide assistance as needed.
• Host birthday parties, group activities and events for a fun, engaging experience.
• Carry out opening and closing safety checks for attractions and equipment per procedures.
• Maintain park cleanliness, safety and presentation of the venue.
• Promote Xventure products and services, including memberships, party packages and merchandise.
• For senior roles, guide team members, support floor operations and handle guest feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist guests at the admission counter, ensuring smooth queue management, accurate cash and POS transactions, and a positive arrival experience.
• Provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience by guiding guests on the proper use of attractions and enforcing park safety rules.
• Supervise attraction areas to ensure the safety of guests and provide assistance when required.
• Host birthday parties, group activities and events, ensuring guest enjoy a fun and engaging experience.
• Carry out opening and closing safety checks for attractions and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety and presentation of the park.
• Promote Xventure's products and services, including memberships, birthday party packages, merchandise and other promotional offerings.
• For more senior roles, provide guidance to team members, support daily floor operations, and assist in handling guest feedback and operational matters.

REQUIREMENTS
