Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a part-time Accounts Executive to maintain financial records, process transactions, and support the finance team.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, prepare statements and reports, assist in month-end closes, and keep orderly records. The role requires a accounting qualification and at least 3 years' experience, plus proficiency in MYOB or Business Central. Strong communication and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB and Business Central).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts receivables and payables.
• Prepare and maintain reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely filing of financial documents.
• Any other Administrative roles and responsibilities as required by management.
