Recruit123 is helping our client hire an Accounts Executive to join their finance team in Singapore. The role covers full sets of accounts, bank reconciliations, GST filings, payroll processing, and month-end close to support daily finance operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in accounting or finance with 2–4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB/SAP and Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably handling full sets of accounts.
Hands-on with AP/AR, bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation.
Experience processing payroll and CPF-related payments.
Familiar with month-end closing procedures and management reporting.
Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts including AP/AR and GL entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Prepare GST reconciliation and filings per IRAS requirements.
Process payroll, CPF contributions and statutory payments accurately.
Manage month-end/year-end closing and prepare management reports.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for audits and compliance.
Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis as needed.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements.
