Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Executive to work in Singapore. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and handling payroll. Candidates should have a professional certificate in finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

The position offers a flexible working arrangement of three days per week, with a basic salary up to $1,800. Ideal candidates will be proficient in MYOB and GST filing, able to work independently, and commit to on-site work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to two to three full days of on-site work each week.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR: process invoices, payments, billing, and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
• Handle payroll: prepare payslips and update payroll records.
• Prepare tax schedules and support timely, accurate filings.
• Liaise with auditors and banks; compile required documents.
• Maintain organized filing and accounting documentation.
• Support month-end close and full set of accounts reporting.
