Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage partial sets of accounts, perform journal entries, and support month-end closings within a dynamic finance team.

You will prepare financial reports, monitor cash flow, assist with GST filings and audits, and contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

A Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy with 1–2 years of accounting experience and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of Accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central system is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage partial set accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, maintain fixed asset records, and oversee prepayments, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Generate accurate and timely monthly management reports, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules for assigned entities.
• Monitor daily cash flow and provide updates to ensure adequate funding levels.
• Ensure proper and accurate recording of all revenue and expenses.
• Support year-end audit activities and assist with tax computations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings.
• Take on additional responsibilities and opportunities for professional development based on performance and capabilities.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, projects, and new assignments as required.
