Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing and SNB registration in Singapore.
• Post-registration nursing experience in hospital, hospice, or community care is preferred.
• Proficient in basic IT systems and electronic documentation platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent, individualized nursing care with strong documentation practices.
• Manage complex patient care using clinical knowledge and critical thinking.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients; develop care plans and support families.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build relationships with patients and caregivers; assess home care needs and training.
