Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Palliative Homecare Staff Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care to terminally ill patients in home settings and to support families, coordinating closely with doctors and social workers to ensure seamless care.

You will make regular home visits, manage care plans, monitor symptoms, administer medications as prescribed, and offer guidance to patients and families on comfort and end-of-life needs.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years ICU or Palliative Care or Home care nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to provide nursing care to terminally ill patients.
