Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide personalized nursing care and execute care plans for patients in Singapore. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist with daily living activities and collaborate with doctors and families.

The ideal candidate holds SNB registration with a nursing degree or diploma and has strong clinical knowledge, compassion, and the ability to work independently in a patient-centered hospital or homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Relevant nursing experience in hospital, home care, private nursing or community care will be an advantage.
• Good clinical knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient and responsible with a strong commitment to quality patient care.
• Able to work independently and adapt to the patient’s individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised nursing care based on the patient’s individual needs and care plan.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, health condition and overall well-being.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
• Assist with wound care, feeding, mobility and other activities of daily living.
• Communicate and collaborate with doctors, family members and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure proper handover of patient care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the patient.
