Job summary

OKIE Packaging Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a creative packaging designer to conceptualise and deliver high-quality packaging, labels and boxes. You will prepare print-ready artworks and coordinate with customers and vendors to manage revisions and deadlines from concept to final production.

Based at Ubi, you will balance design tasks with light administrative duties and data entry, ensuring accurate artwork files and timely order processing for diverse packaging projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop with a strong portfolio.
• Graphic design experience focused on packaging design.
• Familiar with print production, color separation, and final artwork prep.
• Strong communication to liaise with clients and suppliers while handling admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design packaging, labels, and boxes.
• Prepare artworks for print and digital use.
• Liaise with customers and printers on revisions, approvals, timelines.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office.
• Assist with data entry, orders, and tracking deliveries.
