Job summary

Elmwood Brand Consulting PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Director to lead and scale production and artwork across branding and packaging. You will build capability, enforce quality, and partner with creative teams to deliver on time and on budget across multiple markets.

You will manage budgets, guide suppliers, and drive AI-enabled workflows to boost speed, accuracy and craft, while mentoring a high-performing team in a dynamic, design-led agency environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in production within brand/design/packaging, leadership at director level.
• Deep expertise in packaging production: 2D artwork, prepress, 3D packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead production across branding and packaging projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Set and maintain production standards, workflows and QA processes.
• Coach and develop the production and artwork team to high performance.
