Job summary

Seager Inc. Pte Ltd is seeking a Packaging Designer to translate brand vision into packaging that protects products and tells our story.

You will lead the end-to-end design process from concept to production across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing to ensure cost-effective, sustainable packaging aligned with retail strategy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in graphic design, art or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging concepts for new product launches and seasonal collections, from mood boards to final production files.
• Create structural designs (dyelines) and graphic layouts ensuring brand consistency across SKUs.
• Design primary packaging (containers/boxes), secondary packaging (outer cartons), and tertiary packaging (shipping/retail displays).
• Adapt designs for various retail environments (in-store shelves, e-commerce, luxury unboxing).
• Prepare print-ready artwork (CMYK/Pantone) and technical dyelines for manufacturers.
• Liaise with suppliers and printers to troubleshoot production issues and ensure color accuracy.
• Conduct packaging testing (drop tests, durability) to protect products in transit.
• Manage packaging development timeline to meet product-launch deadlines.
• Manage multiple design projects with timelines, revision limits, and budgets.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team and help us create packaging that not only protects our products but tells our brand story and delights our customers.

As the Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing packaging solutions that align with our brand identity and retail strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, cost-effective, and sustainable. Main Responsibilities:
