Job summary

OKIE Packaging Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a creative packaging designer to conceptualise and deliver high-quality packaging, labels and boxes. You will prepare print-ready artworks and coordinate with customers and vendors to manage revisions and deadlines from concept to final production.

Based at Ubi, you will balance design tasks with light administrative duties and data entry, ensuring accurate artwork files and timely order processing for diverse packaging projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop with a strong portfolio.
• Graphic design experience focused on packaging design.
• Familiar with print production, color separation, and final artwork prep.
• Strong communication to liaise with clients and suppliers while handling admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with customers and printing vendors to manage artwork revisions, sample approvals, and final production timelines
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
• Assist with data entry, order processing, and tracking delivery schedules

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focusing on packaging design
• Familiar with print production processes, color separation, and final artwork preparation
