Job summary

Clarist Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team. You will develop packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and product requirements, and create concepts, layouts, artwork and mockups for new product launches.

You will prepare print-ready artwork, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure designs are visually appealing, cost-effective and suitable for mass production, while managing multiple

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Packaging Design or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in packaging design or graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork preparation, dielines and printing processes.
• Creative with a strong sense of visual design and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging designs that align with brand guidelines, product requirements and commercial objectives.
• Create packaging concepts, layouts, artwork and mockups for new product launches and existing products.
• Prepare print ready artwork, including dielines, dimensions, colours, typography and production specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure packaging designs meet branding, product and production requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and printers on artwork preparation, material selection, printing specifications and production processes.
• Review packaging samples and prototypes to ensure artwork accuracy, print quality and finishing standards.
• Ensure packaging designs are visually appealing, functional, cost effective and suitable for mass production.
• Manage multiple packaging projects and ensure timely completion of artwork and production files.
• Maintain organised packaging artwork files and design specifications.
