Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Assistant Manager for Property & Casualty to lead client advisory and servicing, manage relationships, and design insurance programs across multiple lines. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in Singapore’s insurance industry.

You will work within a diverse team, coordinating with Aon offices globally to service multinational clients and ensure compliance with local requirements while delivering value through tailored risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• ACII qualification would be advantageous.
• At least 4 years in the insurance industry, with ≥2 years in Singapore.
• Independent, proactive and meticulous with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory and servicing across property & casualty lines.
• Manage client relationships and define service scope and expectations.
• Advise on risk management and statutory insurance requirements.
• Design, place/renew and manage client insurance programs.
• Review program performance, analyze claims, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with multinational teams to service local operations.
