Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Associate Director for Complex Property in Asia. The role focuses on negotiating and placing insurance solutions, leveraging market expertise to drive growth and competitive outcomes for clients across the APAC region.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams, contributing to market reports, tenders, and best-practice broking processes while ensuring MAS compliance and high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Drive negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts for the Specialty.
• Apply market expertise to design, deliver, and place new or expanded business opportunities and renewals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and in-country teams to provide a full range of insurance solutions.
• Contribute to tender responses and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Ensure broking activities comply with MAS regulations and company policy.
